NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, December 09, 2010

NSR always do the best to help out Nicaraguan’s communities.  During the last 3 years Lucha’s family and NSR has been supporting bunch of kids with food, drinks, toys and some clothes during the Christmas Holidays.  This year we want to make everyone of you guys part of this mission, let’s join efforts and make this come true.  Last year we provided supplies to more than 150 kids, this year we want to take the goal over 200 kids but we need your help to make this possible.  Make your donation to [email protected] via paypal, every dime would make a huge different on making all the kids happy.  Thanks for your help!!!

The waves were pretty small at the best place to learn how to surf.  I guess a perfect day if this was your first day surfing.  Anyway, we took a couple guys to the beach in their first experience in the ocean and they had fun.  It's knee to waist high on sets with strong offshore winds and the water was chilly.

This is Matt from Australia, one of the guys we took the beach.  This was his first day out in Nicaragua and he did great.  He got to ride some nice ones.

Sometimes, if the surf is not that exciting for you, it is super fun to ride on horseback.  Check out these two kids doing their thing!

It is also nice to see friends helping each other.  When a good friend pushes you to keep going and never give up.  That’s a real friend!!!

A couple locals made it out, just to get wet.  This is El Mope Miranda trying to get to the nose on this big panga.  Is the water cool Mope?  I guess is not that cold for you because you've been to Holland before.

Enjoy a good meal at the beach is another stuff you can do, but you better be careful because Nica food gets you fat pretty fast.  Don't you believe us?  Ask Chewy if you have the chance.  Hola Chewyyyyyyyy!!!

Alright folks, that's all for today.  Please check back tomorrow.
