Hello everyone, I hope everyone had a great Wednesday just as the one we had here at Santana. Offshore winds, chest to head high hollow waves which means a lot of barrels. Check it out!

The rights were at its best today. Almost every wave looked like this... clean, glassy and hollow.

The water is starting to get a little bit chill so don’t get surprised if you see in the next couple of weeks/months surfers wearing spring suits or even full wetsuits.

As a really good beach break, there is not only good rights (which are usually not that great here) but the lefts, especially on the northern part of the beach, were awesome… this guy had the barrel of the day (in my humble opinion).

The lefts were not that hollow as the rights today, which only meant one thing… more turns and big curtains going behind the waves.

Another wave, another barrel. A friend from Managua always jokes with me saying that “must be boring seeing (and doing) the same thing every day living at the beach”… and I always answered the same “yes, it is just like the afternoon traffic in the city, always the same every day”
