After 6 years in Nicaragua I'm finally comfortable dealing in Dollars and Cordobas.  Switching from Cordobas to the Costa Rican Colones was another story all together.  Would you trust this guy to give you a good exchange rate?  I did and he hooked it up.  You actually don't need to exchange money - everybody takes Dollars in CR and in Nicaragua.
