Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, November 24, 2009

It's that time of year again - time for the 2nd annual Mango Opening Season BASH!  If you were here last year you know how crazy and fun this party was.  We know Chica Brava can hardly remember!  This year promises to be even more LOCO with great food, big drinks and some insane games.  Come out and participate in the world famous, and slightly dangerous "Rodeo Bar Surfing" event - always a crowd favorite.  December 6th is the date.  You don't want to miss this one!

What’s up folks?  Here we are once again bringing you all the action we had on the beach.  Today the waves were definitively bigger than yesterday.  There were some chest high waves coming in and it was really fun but it looks like not many people knew about the surf conditions because we didn’t have many guys out.  The wind was nice offshore and the water was clear, so it was perfect to go diving.  Check out the lineup!!!

To start the day we want to post this cool photo of Claudia from New York riding this small but fun wave on her first day out.  She had a lesson with the best surf instructor in town “D-litecito” and she is ready to go to the next level tomorrow because she was really excited.  Remember to send us en email if you are thinking to learn how to surf because we have the best instructor, the best equipment and the best prices in town, ALL INCLUDED!!!

We had some really nice and clean waves coming through this morning.  Here we have this unknown pale rider picking up a really sweet right.

Mostly all the surfers we had out there today were beginners and all of them were so stoked to catch as many waves as they could.  Check out one of the many beginners we had out there riding this left.

There were some nice sized set wave to be ridden, and Jeremy “El Pelon” from Canada was in the right spot to catch a few of the better ones.  Check him out on this one with a sweet of the top.

The ladies decided to watch the action from the beach and read a little bit.  This is Hannah from Israel taking a deep breath into the reading of the day.

Now we have Scott from Pennsylvania on the last surfing shot of the day, trying to get some speed to make this wave all the way in to the beach.  Come on dude, you can do it!!!

Meanwhile Lucha was taking photos on the beach, Miguel walked around town in San Juan del Sur trying to snap a few interesting shot to show you how is life down here.  Nothing better than fresh vegetables at the market.  Keep healthy and eat some vegetable salad folks!

It looks like somebody already took the advice and was feeding itself very well.  Some vitamins anyone?  Alright folks, that’s all for today.  We are expecting to have a new swell in the water this Thursday so we probably are going to score some head high waves.  Please stay tuned with us!!!
