Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, November 19, 2008

What’s up folks, we are Lucha Libre and Come Pan Panic bringing you the Wednesday surf report.  Today we went to Maderas in the morning hoping to score some fun waves but unfortunately it was too small.  The waves were fun to take the longboard out but nobody wanted to paddle out because the weather was cold this morning and the water was chilly.  It was running about knee to waist high on sets with strong offshore winds.

There were only four guys out and only for about twenty minutes.  Here we have Brit “La Tortillera” from LA riding one of the bigger set waves of the day.  This chick has been down here for two weeks and she has improved her surfing skills a lot.

Manuel “La Bellota” Cascante was the only local out today.  He was trying to do some stuff but the waves were small and soft so by the time he was able to get any speed the wave was over.

Here we have a shot of the best set we saw come through in like almost 2hours that we were there.  As always, the best wave with no takers.

We wanted to leave you with the best shot of the day.  There is nothing better than to have a huge breakfast with “Gallo Pinto and a whole fried fish”.  Check out this beautiful little girl doing her best to finish it all.  Alright folks, Lucha and Come Pan out!!!
