Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, November 18, 2015

Happy Humpday everybody and welcome to the NSR report with Parker! A new SW swell filled in over night and brough us some fun waves. Check out today's action!

There was a longer period today so I wanted to check out the northern reef break. Suprisingly, it was empty!!!

And that meant the heavy beach break inside was also untouched. Come guys!! This hurts to watch...

If you want to zip around all the different breaks Nicaragua has to offer (which we highly recommend), come check out our moto selection at the NSR Shop. They will get you (and your board) where you need to go.

Because of the rain last night, tt was gloomy and grey this morning. As a result, there was a touch of onshore winds early but the offshore breezes picked up to smooth out the waves.

I was getting too lonely shooting the empty break so I had to go find people somewhere. I hopped on my moto and checked out our main beach break.

During high tide, the waves were rippable and fun. In case we didn't receive enough rain last night, this guy help throw some more buckets of water.

And he threw in an air combo too! The waves were in the chest to shoulder high range so the conditions were great to practice new tricks.

It wouldn't be our signature beach break if we didn't find a barrel! Even at high tide without the offshore's help...

Greg and Mitch's crew in the NSR House wanted to squeeze a session in before Geysel's delicious breakfast. It's good to see y'all back down here again!

Did you think we were only going to show just two breaks in one report?! After we fueled up too, we jumped in a friend's car to find some more waves.

We found frequent shoulder high waves with sets of head high peeling along the reef. No complainers for our Humpday!!!

When Ivan isn't packing tasty goodies on the shelves of his grocery store, he is packing in as many frontside turns in per wave as possible. Make sure you load up on drinks and snacks at his Riveria Market before your next surf trip!

Daniel got his fair share of turns in too. Which cousin shower off better tricks?!?!

Daniel takes care of a lot of real estate development in the area. I understand why he is successful after watching him manage the 150+ yards of real estate each wave today...

Between sets, I watched the crabs scurry for dear life and grapple onto the rocks to avoid the crashing waves. Nobody wants to get sucked into this break's reef...

We met a super cool group visiting from San Diego. They were stoked to end their trip wit an empty line up! Safe travels home guys!

Thank you Ivan and Daniel for letting me hop in your car and join y'all today!

Ok guys, I appreciate y'all too for checking out today's report! Stay tuned for the leftovers tomorrow. Adios amigos!!
