Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, November 18, 2010

What’s up everyone?  This is Lucha Libre Garcia with the Thursday surf report.   The winds conditions were not the best today but there were still many rideable and fun waves rolling in.  It was running about chest to head high on sets and the wind was onshore.  Check it out!!!

You know the Central American  Surf Contest is going to take place at Playa Maderas this weekend.  A few of the teams just arrived to Nicaragua and headed out straight to the beach.  The Pura Vida team paddled out to recognize the lineup and these guys were shredding.

A sick frontside double grab air right in front of the camera.  These guys are going to try to get the fifth consecutive crown during this event, and we can see they can get it.

This is Jairo “La Cocola” Perez also from CR throwing buckets in the frontside snap.  This guy is only 18 years old and he rips!

The winds were onshore but there were a couple of waves lining up very well.  Here is caught this buddy dropping into a nice one.

A couple of the longboarders were out, ripping all over the place as well.  Cool little floater on a 9’2 big panga.  No easy to do this stuff!!!

On the last action shot of the day we have this kid throwing a nice backside aerial maneuver.  If you want to know what happen during this contest make sure to stay tuned with us.

This kinda events bring lots of people down and the cutes ladies show up as well.  A private lesson for me please!!!
