There was around 6 groms surfing, and for an hour or so, they had the whole beach for themselves.

They were having a blast with the small but perfect conditions, catching every wave with a big smile, cheering and laughing between each other after each ride.

Even though they were having a great time, once in a while one of them dropped in on each other, making the other ones pissed.

Such a nice day that everybody wanted to have a selfie showing off the conditions to make all their facebook friends and family jealous.

Now that the rainy season is starting to dissipate, the river flow has been smaller and smaller every day and now you can see the big sand bar that Tropical Storm Nate created almost a month ago.

A grom finishing his ride with style. These kids will become really good really fast.

Little by little other surfers started to show up at the beach, everybody looking unease with the small conditions.

But once they were out in the lineup everybody started to have fun, sharing the perfect peaks and having fun just like the kids.

It’s going to stay this “big” for the next few days. If you are around bring out your egg, mini-Simmons, longboard or whatever you have that has volume. I promise that you will have fun. Feliz Día De Los Muertos!
