Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, October 17, 2020

Whale watching from the beach today! What a cool highlight for the day. I got down to the beach and saw surfers all focused on the horizon like they usually are waiting for the waves to pop up but today that wasn't the only thing catching their eye. There were a few whales and they were very playful.

Cannonball!! Look at that splash, Shamu got nothing on these big wild whales.

Zoom out a bit and see the A-Frame waves that were keeping the surf playful.

Mystery Barrel Surfer of the day!

It looked a bit tricky out there tbh but there were plenty of waves to be had.

You just had to be in the right spot at the right time.

This girl was representing for the female surfers. Yeew!

Under the hood or above the lip, Lesther is always sheddin'

Daniel with some time tucked away from the sun. Yeah dude!

Big Scott was getting some really good lefts on the south side of the beach.

Some groms were catching some of the smaller waves a bit more North on the beach.

Gray with some power finesse style on display.

Chris getting a head dip on the way in from the boat. Yeah buddy!

The swell took a little longer then everyone thought it would, but it looks like we got some fun waves out front. Better late then never.

Saturday Sprays always feel so good.

Let's see a couple more tubos before this report is done, Lesther picking off some of the nicer waves of the session.

Some gems during the mid-morning session. Nice waves Lesther!

Okay everybody thanks for cruising by and checking out the killer waves and vibes in our special spot in this world in Nicaragua. Have a wonderful day and we hope to see you here soon.
