Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, September 25, 2014

This is Theo with your thrashin' Thursday report. The wind was on it this morning and the stormy weather adding a bit of funk to the surface, but still a few people making the best of it out there.

This was the only semi-barrel I saw this morning. Let's call it a head-dip, but like they say, a head dip is better than no head dip.

Lester was out this morning taking advantage of the conditions to practice his air game. Nice-looking double grab here.

Coming off the bottom turn sizing up the lip for a good shwack.

Go vertical or go home.

Still a few decent-size sets coming through in the chest-head high range. This guy found himself a fun one.

Looking for the barrel but not quite finding it. Today was more about turns and airs it seemed.

Today was a good day to bust out the log. Sometimes it's nice to just cruise.

Another guy on the small-wave gear finding one of the better sets this morning.

Even the smaller waves here have enough power to lay down some nice turns on the face.

This looks like one of our local rippers going for a little backside punt. Fins are out, count it! Anyways that's all I've got for you today guys. Swell should be building over the weekend so check back for more size in the next few days. Until next time, this is Theo signing off.
