Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, September 21, 2009

Hi folks, we definitely got some swell in the water today, so we packed up out stuff and headed out to the beach so excited to score some good waves.  It was well over head on sets and the wind was straight offshore.  Check out the lineup!!!

When we first got to the beach it was pretty small and inconsistent but there were still some nice sets coming through.  Here we have this guy riding a nice looking left.

We met a few guys from Venezuela at the beach today.  They were so stoked to get some photos and make it on the report for today.  Here we have one of them looking down the line on this right.

Here we have another surfer from Venezuela, this one going right.  It was so nice to meeting you guys.

Later on, the swell start building and we had some mini bumps coming in.  Check out this unknown rider picking one of the better set waves of the day at Machete Pt.

There were quite a few locals out, but Allan “La Prenda” Carcamo was killing every single he took off.   Here he is getting into a nice shack.

I was trying to get some different shots from other kind of perspective.  This one came out pretty good.  Don’t you think so?

This is Alejandro with a cool bottom turn on this beautiful right.  He’s also from Venezuela and he also got some killer waves.

We had some sick rights coming through at Machete Pt this afternoon.  This guy picked up a really nice one.  Hey man, we have some sweet photos of you if you want to check them out just let us know.

One more surfer from Venezuela, this one trying to get into the barrel section.  You guys were charging today, we hope to have you guys down here next year.

On the last shot of the day we have “La Prenda” Carcamo high lining this one in front of the rocks at Machete Pt.  The swell is supposed to drop a little bit tomorrow but it should be still pretty fun.  Check us back out!
