Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, August 28, 2009

Hi and welcome to the Friday surf report.  This is Lucha Libre bringing you all the action from out here at one of the most popular beaches down south of Nicaragua.  The waves were small today, making the day perfect for longboards.  It was running about knee to waist high on sets with nice offshore winds.  Check out the lineup!!!

We got ready our big pangas and made it out to ride some small ones.  Here is Pancho Sanchez steps away from fun.

The lineup was a little bit busy but there were waves for everybody.  This is Corage showing us some of his skills on the big panga.  Sweet off the lip, dude!

There were some waves for shortboarders as well but you really had to work hard to make them.  This is Guillermo “La Terepotita” with a cool frontside move on this right.

Pancho and Carlitos Caliente took the big boards out too and were having a good time, practicing some new maneuvers.  This time Carlitos jump off on Pancho’s board and they rode this wave together all the way in to the beach.

This guy was doing his thing as well, improving some moves.  Or maybe he had a cramp and decided to pull his toes.  Hij,,,,aaaaaaaaaaa!!!

When the waves are small, a few kids show out to the beach to catch some waves.  We don’t know this kid pretty well but his board looks pretty weird to me.  It doesn’t matter how the board looks when you got the feeling, right?

Here we have one of the other kids picking up a nice little nugget.  Nice!!!

Hace Quesos got back to the action today.  She was out of the action for over 4 weeks, because she was hurt.  Nice to see you back in the water Cheesy!!!

Corage and EL Tuzo had a air expression section today.  They almost kill themselves on this one.

Alright folks, that’s all for today.  Please check back tomorrow.
