NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, August 27, 2009

Hi everybody, this is Roberto “Lucha Libre” once again bringing you all the action from the beach.  Today we went to the beach early in the morning expecting to score some fun waves with the incoming tide.  The waves were running about chest to shoulder high on sets with nice offshore winds.  Check it out!!!

When we first got there, we were the only crew out so we had the whole beach for ourselves.  This is Randy “El Bambino” bottom turning one of the best set waves he caught.

Pancho Sanchez was shredding on every single wave he took.  Here he is hitting the pocket of this left hander.

“El Tuzo” Morales was able to paddle out this morning with part of the NSR crew and had a blast in the water.  Here he is with a cool frontside move on this right.

There were a few other international surfers taking a couple of fun ones.  Here is one of them drifting a nice one.

The ladies keep working on their yoga moves.  I am not sure about what she is doing but it looks that works pretty well for her.

Here we have another unknown surfer riding a nice sizeable left.  This guy was so stoked because he picked up some really good waves.

On the last shot of the day we have “El Tuzo” Morales working on his backside style.  The waves are supposed to be a little bit smaller tomorrow so we might take the big panga out.
