Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, August 25, 2016

Hello amigos!! Welcome to the daily NSR surf report with Parker. Some waves filled in overnight so check out our shots!

Today's conditions were super rippable. Thick walls continiously marched in to provide a nice face.

Everybody was showing off their rail game. This surfer nearly decapitated this wave!!

And he put the cherry on top! He stomped the last section to burn off his gallo pinto.

Last night, a small but powerful swell filled in. Some of the waves were opening up at mid tide.

This Brazalian surfer picked off one of the more open waves and tucked in. Perfect shape- it just needs to be a few feet bigger!!

Some of the waves were chunky so it sectioned off. He still punched through for the exit!

Checking in at the NSR Beach House, Cinco and Josh were starting lunch off right! It was Tona time while they watched Josh's daughter rip.

Savanna Stone is a popular surfer back home in Maui. She's been turning everybody's head as quickly as she's rounding off this section.

With the help of Roxy and Dakine, her career is taking off. No time to look back- even at that corner of the wave.

She's loved the set up here: the waves, the houses, the vibe, and the delicious meal plan. Keep turning heads, safe travels home, and it was a pleasure meeting y'all!!

With a slightly new direction, some different peaks were working. The northern peak was firing and producing a frames!!

And there was another peak to the south. This peak was working well but with a little less size. Perfect for the goofy footers!

Alex Chapin was on it! Thankfully, his surfing and drinks are a little better than his volleyball game. Nice cutback bro!!

On the other side of the peak, rights were breaking all the way to the beach. Val Resano was practicing her backside and showing off her sponsors.

Bam!! The Resano family is full chargers and rippers. Keep ripping ladies!!

Due to the longer period, some of the waves were closing out. No worries, let's work on smashing the incoming section or launching above it!

This guy flew above the lip and almost stuck it!! Everybody was watching and cheering him on.

Check out that nugget!! Either squeeze in or set up to destroy the face.

We love these conditions: a clear blue sky, zero wind, and a big bottom turn to set something up...

Waiting for it...

Yeww!! This guy caught the best waves this morning. If any of you guys want your photos, shoot me an email at [email protected].

Ok damas and caballeros, there is still plenty of sunshine left and the weekend is rapidly approaching! Thank you all for checking out today's shots and pasa una buena fin de semana primos!
