Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, August 22, 2009

Hi everyone, these are the NSR Photographers bringing you all the action for the Saturday surf report.  Today the waves were head high on sets and glassy but disorganized. There were some waves barreling but it was really hard to catch them.  Check out this guy just steps away from fun!!!

The crew from Orlando is back in Nica again.  Larry Hingle, Frank Ramirez, and Mike Janocko posing for the camera to immortalize themselves.

Mike says hi to the CTI team back in Orlando.  Digging a deep bottom turn on this left.

Larry says hi to Kathy, Abby, Spencer, Kirt and of course his mom.  The jellyfish were eating him!!!

Miguel met a few friends from Venezuela and he snapped a few photos of them.  This is Carlos taking a nice right.

This is Freddy picking up another nice looking left.  These guys were so stoked to get some photos today. They’ve never been down here before so now they love this place.  I don’t blame them!!!

On the last shot of this crew we have Italo riding another fun right hander.  Hey guys, it was so nice to meeting you.

The lineup was not crowded at all- there were only about 6 or 7 guys out the whole day. Check out that guy in the background about to attack the lip of that thing.

Here we have an unknown rider trying to make it through the barrel section on this right.  Cool set up man!!!

Even for Mr Brown was really hard to make it out of those barrels.  Here he is getting into a small but thick shack.

Here we have this guy with the last shot of the day.  We hope to have better conditions tomorrow so we can score some better waves.
