Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, August 18, 2006

A mere 4 weeks later, we finally pulled up at the SJDS pad in Nicaragua. Wow, what a trip! There was a welcome crew at the entrance to town and we were escorted straight to a private party for Rum Drinks and appetizers. Man, it's great to be back - with plenty of surf ahead too! Thanks for following our trip! Next time we head south for Chile!

Roberto with the surf report and spanish class for today. We have fun waves out here at Maderas today. It's head high on sets and the wind is offshore.

Today we have a crew from Florida. This is Josh the BOSS going left.

Dave the CRAZY guy, going off the top. Keeps practicing your spanish man, you are getting better.

Garret, the quite guy. This guy surf pretty good.

This is Tom, the funny guy with a nice spray.

OLA.LA... LA.

Oliver was ripping today at Machete pt.

And Pancho Chamorro crossing the rocks.

Luis LA BALOY as always was flying all over the place, but this is a busting air.
