NSR

Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, August 14, 2009

Hi folks, we are Lucha Libre and Miguel bringing you all the action.  Today we went to the beach in the morning, hoping to score some fun waves.  The waves were small, running about waist high on sets with perfect offshore winds.  We didn’t have many people in the water but everyone that made it out there was having a good time and enjoying the very good form that the waves had.  Check it out!!!

A few girls were commanding the lineup today.  This is Andrea from Argentina riding a nice right.  Nice one Chee!!!

The 3 brothers were drinking a tasty coffee, as usual.  Here we have a cool shot of Kiki posing for the camera.

We had a few kids out there trying to ride some waves.  This little kid is only 10 years old and he is already charging.

This is Luis “El Guichito” Avendano with his first official shot on NSR.  He’s 12 years old and he wants to become the best Nicaraguan surfer sometime in the future.

Chuvy was able to paddled out with his uncle this morning and he caught a couple of small but fun waves.  Here he is with a cool floater.

Here we have Chuvy’s uncle riding a nice looking left on the big panga.  Come on dude, touch the nose with your belly!!!

On the lat shot of the day we have Alfredo “El Manito” with a cool backside bottom turn on this right.  The waves are supposed to be small for the next days so you gotta get your big board ready.
