Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, August 10, 2011

The waves were super fun this morning, running about chest to shoulder high on sets with nice offshore winds.  The crowd was still on bed when we got to the beach so the lineup wasn’t busy at all.  Check it out!!!

Bunch of locals were out doing their things.  This is Gainer “El Tapita” Granados with a nice off the top on this little nugget.

Norwin “El Chulin” Estrella got back to the action and as always he was doing some weird faces.  Check out his expression on this shot.

There were some sweet sets rolling in at Machete pt but nobody was there to ride them, until that guy duck diving made it out.  Nice looking right, uh!!!

A few Japanese guys were out there, having a blast.  Yatakakita Takayama was out there shredding all over the place.  Here he is looking good with a cool backside maneuver.

We had some cute ladies out there, picking up some fun ones.  Check out this one working on her bottom turn.

La Baloy Chamorro was busting sick airs all morning long.  Here he is flying high and blasting fins out in this frontside aerial move.

These are the first Japanese surfers I’ve ever met down here so we made sure to have a shot of them.  From left to right we have Yata, Makita, Noodle and Godzilla.  Welcome down folks!!!

On the last shot of the day we have Felipe “El Pipe” Chompipe racing down the line of this good looking left.  The waves are supposed to get more size tomorrow so make sure to check back with us!

On the way back to San Juan del Sur we found this buddy hanging around and we want to share this shot with everyone!  Peace.
