Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, August 10, 2008

Welcome to the Sunday surf report with “Come Pan” and “D-lite”. Today we headed up north to take some pictures of some new friends from California. We had plenty of swell in the water with the waves running overhead on sets with offshore winds, as you can see the water was very clear. The waves were pumping and we got tons of killer shots - Maybe we shot you!  Click the above photo to search through our photo gallery from today.

Here we have a dredging empty right , could you imagine yourself pulling up in to this beast? Shoot us an E-mail and we can help you find a couple of these of you own.

We would like to introduce our friends from California. From left to right we have Luke,Scott,Conrad and Holden. Today these guys were having fun out here taking a lot of waves and showing us their surfing skills.

This is Holden Schroder setting up for a nice back side shack. Today this guy was so stoked surfing with his brother.

Here is his Brother Luke pulling into one of his own. All of these guys were getting some great waves today.

Colin Eberly shows us how much power the waves here in Nicaragua can have. We hope you brought plenty of back up boards with you.

This is Conrad who is a Quiksilver team rider pulling in to a thick left. We were very impressed with his surfing today

This is the leader of the group Scott Mcdonald taking one of the best waves of the day.

For our parting shot today we have an unknown rider getting a sweet left.  The waves were really pumping out there!  This, and the rest of the killer shots we got from today are now live on NSR Surf Shots - just click the picture above to check them out!

Please check back tomorrow, we should have plenty of swell to show you. Come Pan and D-lite signing off.
