Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, July 26, 2019

Brian Scott

Happy Friday peeps! You all ready for your weekend? Well let me first show you how the surf looked out front today.

Brian Scott

We had some fun size surf out there, but the winds were a little funky. The side shore winds were making it a little unfavorable for some people, but not this dama. Out there gettin’ some!

Kevin with the drop knee on a chunky overhead one!

The crowds have been mellow and if you time it right, you can even get the lineup to yourself, like my buddy did who surfed the reef early this morning. This guy however is surfing with a bit of other surf amigos, but that didn’t hinder his style.

Louis and I had a pretty good time at the open mic last night, while he jammed on the guitar and I banged on the bongos. I still have the song “Flaca” paying in my mind from ayer amigo! Good times!

Brian Scott

If you happened to see my report from yesterday, Louis here is visiting with his friends and pops from Ecuador as well. Unfortunately he didn’t make the private photo session yesterday due to not feeling too well, but this shots for you buddy!

Yuji all covered up on a dirty little inside drainer. Nice one hermanito!

Brian Scott

Throwing buckets of water around here wouldn’t really be kosher if it were fresh water, but this is the best alternative.

Fernando looking for Nicaraguan Gold in the green salt mine.

Brian Scott

Ricardo going BIG on this huge floater. If you’re worried about his board OR his body, he made it back to earth safely!

Brian Scott

Good old Bear Dog! Back at it. GOING!

Brian Scott

and man is he going…

Brian Scott

Brian Scott

Glad to see you’re all healed up from your surfing accident and ready for the next big swell!

Brian Scott

This is where I have to part ways with you fine folks, but only for today. I’ll be back again tomorrow. Please stop back by. Adiós ~
