Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, July 26, 2015

Hello everybody and welcome to the NSR Sunday Funday report with Parker. Last night, the offshore winds picked up and were howling today. Despite the conditions, the surf was fun and people enjoyed their weekend!

The ocean is giving us a break in between swells. We had great waves a couple days ago (check out the shots from Wednesday to Saturday). Now, we are waiting for the new storm to arrive later this week.

Due to our quick natured wave, make your first turn immediately after standing up. That eliminates the time needed to drop in, bottom turn, and catch up to the wave.

Justice from Cantamar is stoked with his boards from NSR. He appreciates the option to surf a longboard for a couple days then switch to this shorter board later. Remember, you are allowed to change your NSR rental boards free of charge! So why would you want to risk shipping many boards to anticipate the different conditions?

Nicaragua is famous for great lefts waves; however, we can accommodate the regular footed surfers too! Currently, we have a right peak that is working well.

At least this right had a taker! And he squeezed into a barrel.

A lot of people were enjoying their day off at the beach club. While you are waiting on your friends to finish surfing or eating, give the slack line a try!

Meanwhile, we are working hard at the NSR shop. Get stoked because we are updating our rental board quiver online. In a few days, you will be able to see our 100+ boards available on our new site. Thank you Codo, Alvin, and Alma for your hard work today! Ok guys, I hope y'all had a nice weekend and make sure you check our report again soon. Hopefully, the next swell fills in soon! Adios amigos!
