Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, July 12, 2011

The swell hit the bay today and there were some juicy ones out there.  It's been raining all day long, It just stopped and we run to the the bay in San Juan del Sur to snap a few shots.  Surprisily the wind turned a little offshore for about 30 minutes and we were able to get some cool shots, then the wind changed to onshore again.  Who wants to get barreled in the bay?

I want to get barreled in the bay said this guy, and he did.  Can you guys believe this is the bay?  Because we are not kidding you!

Lots of girls were just enjoying the action from the beach because they didn't want to get pounded.  Take the boggie board out musasa!!!

This is carlitos, rarely the only local kid that was out.  He was taking the smaller ones and was having a blast as you can see.

The last shot from the bay goes to this unkown buddy, dropping into a nice sized left.  Eric will be posting a couple pics from up north later today, so stay tuned with us.

What's up people?!  This is Eric posting some shots from a spot a little farther to the north.  This is what we saw when we first arrived at the beach...  Still some swell in the water, it seems to be all mixed up, lots of current and almost nobody surfing.

Since there was nobody surfing at the first spot,  I checked a ways down the beach at another peak.  Only a couple guys out and there was not too many good waves coming through.  Longboarder finding himself a nice shoulder!

Back at the shop we had some pretty girls stop by and model some NSR gear for us!  Lookin' good girls!

For Sale!  Se Vende!  Almost new Genesis with 2,600 Km.  Selling because I'm heading back to the states.  Great way to get around to different waves.  Only $1,500!  Contact me at 8660-6602 (claro) or [email protected]

That's all for the report today.  Check back tomorrow and we'll be here with another update straight from the beaches!  Take it easy for now!
