Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, July 12, 2010

Hi guys! It is a new week and that means more surfing (then again everyday means more surfing)! The waves were about chest high and there was a slight on shore wind. I know the on shore wind causes some issues but as this surfer points out, there are still fun waves to be had! This right was coming in all morning.

Unlike yesterday there was not a cloud in the sky. This surfer could pick and choose his waves since hardly anyone was out this morning. Things picked up in the afternoon but the waves were empty early on.

A little on shore wind didn't keep this kids from practicing. They messed around in the white wash and even caught a few. Lookin' good boys!

My beach companion was just as content as I was to watch the waves roll and people walk by. Usually there are a flurry of dogs patrolling the sand but I think most of them preferred the shade today.

This boogie boarder went after everything. I was exhausted just watching him. If I could find a way to combine fins with surfing then I would have it made, or at least be able to get out without being dragged 100 yards down the beach!

It is suppose to be a good day tomorrow and we look forward to seeing all of you out there. Don't forget your sunscreen and to check our report everyday and see if you made the headlines!
