Happy TGIF guys and girls! Not like any particular day of the week really matters here to us in Nica-Land, however as long as there’s waves, we all seem to keep pretty happy about that! Well, we are in luck. It was’t too big, but there were certainly some fun little waves. Come on in and see!

Let’s kick things off today with Mr. Michael Doan. Fresh off the jet, or better yet JOJ… haha this ripper is so stoked to be back at his home away from home. I can imagine it must have been torture to see how crazy June was firing and he had to sit and watch it all from CA. Here he is making up for lost time.

Alvaro spends 99% of his time with his adopted family and younger brothers, you may have seen them on here quite a bit lately… Jett and Rio. He’s pretty much their “Big Brother” but what makes it even cooler is he surfs too, so he fits right with his surfing familia.

Lucas’s surfing has been improving crazy fast! It may be because he’s got that brand new tabla, but I’m gonna go with the fact that he surfs every single day and he also, like much everyone else has so many empty waves themselves. Keep up the good ripping hermano!

The groms are getting pretty comfy out there when the solid swells light up the breaks around here, but it’s these smaller fun days where I think they find their roots with where they first started and still have so much fun ripping around like when they were little guys… like last year.

When perfection comes in the XS size. Once that tide started to go the ocean seemed to suck out what little swell we had too.

Lindsey would be one of those five peeps. She’s been climbing the pecking order in the lineup steadily as well. This again would be due to the lack of people here surfing and being able to get as many waves as you want in any surf session of the day.

Conditions today or for the entire morning for that matter was clean and pretty glassy just like you see here.

I didn’t check the surf forecast, but it seemed like there were a couple little different swells in the water because it was super peaky and rippable all at the same time.
