Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, July 09, 2017

Brian Scott

Hey there Weekend Warriors!! Stoked we managed to make it through another epic Viernes, Sábado y Domingo with some amazing waves, weather and all around good stuffs; with your’s truly ~ Today the swell dipped quite a bit in size but rest assured, we have plenty more swell on tap. So lets see how our Sunday funday played out today.

Brian Scott

Definitely some nice weather out there in the latter atenoon. Plenty of action still going on down at our favorite beach break.

Brian Scott

This guy wouldn’t argue with that.

Brian Scott

Never a dull moment here in Nicaragua. There’s always something to do. Mucha gente about to pony up for a nice sunset ride on our pristine beach

Brian Scott

Sometimes people don’t even realize what’s happening right around the corner. I’m usually at an advantage though since I’ve been told my lens looks like a space telescope.

Brian Scott

Cesar’s 4:20 daily lunch break always has some juicy nuggets involved!

Brian Scott

Empty waves anyone?

Brian Scott

Pretty gal on an amazing creature like this horse… why? Because it was there, AND it looked incredible with todays afternoon lighting.

Brian Scott

Like I mentioned, the swell declined a bit today..

Brian Scott

But don’t hold your breath for long. There’s plenty more on the way!

Brian Scott

Todays tranquillo setting included, playful fun waves, epic lighting and everything else in between that I can’t exactly put into words.. you just have to make the trip down to know what I’m talking about. Hit us up if you want to know how to make it happen www.surfnsr.com/pages/contact-nsr

Brian Scott

Dreamy end to the weekend and one lone surfer dude bout to go get some really fun end of day waves.

Brian Scott

Sometimes it’s always good to bring it back a few notches and remember why we surf in the first place. FUN, FUN and more FUN! We’re all here to have FUN!

Brian Scott

Come on… doesn’t that look fun?

Brian Scott

Mi amigo Lesther is the king of fun.

Brian Scott

Seriously though, how often does your personal home break look like this. Fortunately for us… its a lot of days in the year.

Brian Scott

ASF’s been taking this place by storm (pun intended), especially today.

Brian Scott

Backwash takeoffs make for 2% of the take off waves ridden here. Not sure what that fact entails, but it’s a real one for the records.

Brian Scott

Someone didn’t read my report on Friday. Shame on you mister shoulder man!

Brian Scott

Everyone say hola to the Nica Peanut Gallery. Cool group of local kids here. Well, that’s all I have for you fine people who look forward to my weekend updates. Surely check back as Baldo will have some fresh new scenery from a little break North of us here for you all mañana. Like always its a pleasure spending my time with you all on the weekends. Lets hope the new swell coming in is as good, if not better than our last. Hasta proxima vase ~
