Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, July 08, 2015

Happy Humpday and welcome to the surf report with Parker! Last night's rain calmed the wind down for a nice low tide wave. Check out the shots from lunch time today.

Because the tide was low with a light wind, the waves had a good combination of tubes and shape. Check out this guy's sequence!

I should have welcomed you guys to Nicaragua's X Game big air contest but I think that was a month ago...

Make sure you check out our Vissla and Reef board shorts. Those colors pop out in the water, which looks awesome on you AND the report.

We are waiting for the swell to fill in tomorrow through weekend. Then, we should have some bigger barrels. In the meantime, guys are still finding a way!

Some nice sets came through today. Because today's offshore wind was reasonable, there were only a few whitecaps.

One of my best friends, who coincidentally grows a killer beard, told me there is a relationship between great facial hair and a solid tube ride. He may be right...

This guy still had some leftover for the end of the wave! I know you had a GoPro but contact me for the sequence from the beach: [email protected].

Matt wanted to get in on the action and throw some water around. Where was Mel today?!

Some dudes from Ventura wanted to show off their tricks on their last day.

Yeww... Nice flip and spin bro! He stamped the landing on the white wash too.

Our crew in Casa Cantamar is hitting NSR up for a boat. I see why they want to surf rippable waves after watching those guys throw cuts and sprays...

During low tide, the wave sometimes broke in sections and made it tough to connect. Seems like the lineup adapted to the conditions and practiced other airs.

Well, the airs worked out for some of the dudes...

For the patient guys, waiting for the outside sets and tubes was the way to go. Yeww!!

We've had an awesome crew staying in Casa Blanca. While they weren't learning how to surf or playing golf, Mel, Justin, Ryan, and Jody scheduled a horseback tour. Ok guys, thank you all for checking out the report today! Stay tuned for the building swell. Parker is out- peace!
