Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, July 01, 2015

Hello everybody! Welcome to the Wednesday surf report with Parker. Thankfully the offshore winds were reasonable today and the swell built. Check out the shots from early this morning!

Due to the low tide, surfers were catching waves off center to score the best barrel. Keep scrolling down for this guy's sequence!

When the waves are fast and heavy, you need to take a couple pumps to build up some speed and stay out front.

And then you score!!!

Three months ago, I was sitting in class at college. In anticipation of moving to Nicaragua and working with NSR, my note book looked a lot like this photo... Remember those days?

The bigger waves yield awesome barrels in the first half of the wave. Don't forget about tearing up the end of the wave!

After that fast cutback, this guy smashed the end of the wave. Nice job taking advantage of the full wave amigo!

Maddy's crew was out in full force this morning. After a heavy low tide wave close out and accrued soreness in the past few days, she scheduled a massage. In the afternoon, she said she felt 100% ready to get back out there. Keep charging Maddy!

The sun and light winds created a rare rainbow on the spray. Ohh and by the way, this guy also scored a sick left tube!

Speaking of the neat features on waves, look at the tube's curtain. Do you see his hand drag?

Check that out... A boat did not capsize today! That means we can send your crew on boat trips to enjoy this swell.

I applaud the chargers who take riskier drops on meaty waves during low tides. Do you think he made it?...

Yeah he did!

Who is the one laughing now about taking a late drop? Nice wave my friend!

Here's one last sick barrel. If you were surfing early before breakfast, contact me at [email protected]. Chances are I took some photos of you getting tubed.

If you missed my silly video on NSR's Instagram (which you need to go follow right now: isurfnsr), we received over a 100 pairs of mens, womens, and kids flip flops. Come check them out so you're looking fly at the beach. Thank you all for checking out the report today. Stayed tuned tomorrow and Parker is heading out to surf. Yeww!!
