Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, June 27, 2010

It is not raining at all today, but we still have onshore winds.  We took the camera out to the bay in San Juan del Sur, one of the better spots to surf when we have these kind of wind conditions.  There were a few fun waves coming in but it seems like lots of people was out partying last night because the lineup was pretty empty.  Check it out!!!

First at all we want to post a couple of photos from lastnigh at Pancho's birthday party. The party began watching the United States vrs Ghana soccer game at Don Eloys.  Everybody was expecting to see a US victory but you guys know it wasn’t an easy game.  Lots of Pancho's friends joined us for the party such as The Browns, Carlitos Caliente and Gretchen, D-lite and Jaoska, big Roy and his girl, Super Cana, Jeff from surfari Charters, Gabe Kling and a few friends from Popoyo, Pancho's parents, Randy and Laura, Oliver "El Monito Solis, Lucha's family and a few other friends.  Here we have a shot of the scene we had at the bar!

We guess that everybody wants to see Pancho’s birthday card.  Don’t you?

After the game finished, everybody moved down to get the party going at the NSR Shop in Iguana.  Our very own Carlitos took the grill out and was doing his thing.  He loves chicken, pocakkkkaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

There was food and drinks all over the place, but after the first meal round we decided to take a break from eating and start a little ping pong tournament.  Guess who the winner was?

Did we say drinks all over the place?  It seems like Pancho’s Dad didn’t want to be on the site,uh!  Don’t be shy my friend, do not be shy!

Randy “El Bambino” was crushing the food.  We can not say that he was eating like a BAMBINO but we can say that he was eating like a big Gator.  Are you from Fl my friend?

Later on, after the PING PONG tournament was done, we ended up playing BEER PONG that’s how everybody start getting a nice buzz.  Lucha and Oliver did pretty good in this game but they had to leave because they need to drive back down to San Juan del Sur and it was getting kind of late and dark.

After all many things we did and drank, everything got wild.  This is Pancho Sanchez on the last shot from the party after a 3 mixed shot of rum, beer and tequila.  Congratulations my friend, hope we can celebrate many more birthdays party together.

It's been raining a lot in the last few days so that washed off to the beach a good amount of bushes.  Here we have a shot of the bay, just to let you know how it looks right now.

A few locals showed out to the beach and were taking a few fun ones.  Here is caught this little kid riding one of the nice and clean waves he had.

A few people when out to enjoy the breeze and drink a couple tonas.  It is always nice to hang out with your lovely girlfriend, uh!

An ice cold icecream it is also a good option if you are not a drinker.  Who wants some?

Nothing better like my first steps!

On the last shot of the day we have Larry "Carita de Venado" Davila with a sick maneuver.  The winds are supposed to be kind of weird for the next few days but we are sure that we are going to score some fun ones tomorrow!
