Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, June 19, 2021

Hey surfers and surf enthusiasts around the world it's the weekend and if you're reading this you've been blessed with another day to live life to the fullest. The new swell is starting to peak it's little head out and show us a little taste of what is to come albeit a small sample of what is to come if the forecast is correct. Come in and check out some of the guys and girls laying it down with authority out front today.

John always catching the bombs and making it look easy while he's at it. I'd say that's nice head high wave huh?..

Super great guy and a serious real life badass fire jumper Kyle "El Gallo" enjoying some time in the water before the fire season starts in California and work calls him back to the frontlines.

Couple of the ladies that were shredding out front before I got down there looking like they are discussing where the spot is.

I would make this shot a Mystery Barrel Surfer but when your name is right there on the deck of the board it is hardly a mystery who it is.

Here is Colin dropping into this gem backside with no grab showing the kids how it's done.

Speaking of kids here is Elle assuring the older crowd that the youngins are putting in the work and improving their skills quickly. I think it is safe to say the future of the sport is in good hands.

How about that high line though!?! There ya go buddy harnessing that wave energy and converting it into some serious speed to make it down the line.

Hey Elle can go backside too and here she is showing off some of that rail game on a nice roundhouse cutback.

The surf is super fun and the viewing is quite a pleasure too. I think the ladies here would agree as they have a pretty nice vantage point there.

Marie putting down some maneuvers going backside as well. She is most certainly getting plenty of surf time in as she is staying in one of our beachfront rentals for a couple of months she has been and is sure to score even more. Yeeeeew

Mystery Barrel Surfer! Yeah buddy way to find some cover today out there as the size is there but with the high tide it was a bit trickier to find some shade but this young man did. Yeah dude

Big Scott moving more water than a busted fire hydrant in the heat of a New York summer day.

John out there also moving water like one of those jet ski hover craft things ahhaha yeah dudey!

Brooke is a very talented surfer which I guess you would expect from a WQS surfer though. Check out her life and career on InstaGram @brookedagofficial

Okay saved this one for the last of the day because of that sick sun prism effect off the lip spray. Not quite the full color spectrum but def got some pinkish orange hues to it. Yeah buddy got the GoPro view but for me it's that natural Kaleidoscope effect for the win. Okay ya'll it was a pleasure to bring you another surf report from the Emerald coast of Nicaragua here at one of the funnest waves in the world Playa Colorado. Hope to see you here soon. Peace out friends and family around globe sending my good vibes and love to each and every one of you. Besitos
