Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, June 08, 2010

Hey this is Chewy and Lucha with the Surf report for Tuesday! The swell is still in the water and we rode around looking for waves. Sometimes it seems your backyard has some of the best waves around especially when you live where we live.

Up north the choco barrels were in full swing. Some of the locals have this place dialed.

This guy had a weird style. He def locked into some great waves. Not to worry he had something wayyyy better than the surf waiting for him on the beach...

see. Told you, he ain't even worried about the waves!

For those of us that don't have a girl waiting for us on the beach we have to hang out with man's best friend.

This is Sam from the Ripzone crew. These guys really rip and we are super stoked to have them down again.

Damn! those Canadians are friggin pale! I tell you what you are gonna stick out like a sore thumb, especially when you get a sunburn, and you will.

Never really thought of photographers as being all that good at surfing, Canadian photographers are even lower on my list, but Scott Serfas was doing a little work out there in between the good light. Not bad eh!

There was a great level of surfing out there today. These kids were heating up the surf. Damn Shannon! it's so hot you could fry some Canadian bacon or an egg (advisory- I will be pulling out all the bad Canadian jokes I can find... I am also taking requests.)

I was at the shop and went to the beach on my lunch break. Didn't expect to see some big surf out there. Good thing I brought my camera. Check out this unknown rider at the bottom of a two story building about to hit him.

Carlos was out in the water, late dropping into some beastly waves. Just another day at the office.

All the best guys knew what was up. This is Chapin, he has the whole coast dialed in. You can always tell when the waves are good, he pulls up.

It is looking pretty fun for the rest of the week. This is just another Choco taco rolling through, not a soul in site. Chewy out!
