Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, June 07, 2019

Brian Scott

Hola amigos! Welcome to the Friday surf report. The waves that were absolutely pumping the last few days finally came down a bit and with it came a little onshore winds. Here’s how it went down today.

Brian Scott

Little Mikey with a super stylish bottom turn. Look at that perfect hand placement!!!

Brian Scott

Of course I couldn’t not show all you fine people how that bottom turn projection turned out. Well done little buddy!

Brian Scott

Chocoyo doing his thing, all without the guy in front of him even knowing he’s there.  That’s some stealth maneuvering chico!

Brian Scott

Travis, whom I had the pleasure of meeting today is staying with our mutual amigo, Peter at Casa Calala; blasting one super sick off the lip/floater combo here!

Brian Scott

There were a couple wahini’s out there enjoying the tropical warm water and salty waves!

Brian Scott

Not many places can compete with Nica’s beach life. They’re all different in their own way, however, I’m biased cause I live right here!

Brian Scott

Once that wind started to drop off a little, it kinda got glassy.

Brian Scott

But it certainly wasn’t as clean as the last 2 or 3 days of magical PC bliss!!! Check the last couple reports to see what I’m talking about.

Brian Scott

The groms about to paddle outing kick off the weekend just right.

Brian Scott

Gabriel out there having way too much fun amongst the low crowd factor.

Brian Scott

To a grom, well overhead can be most given days here at this beach break.

Brian Scott

To the bigger groms, chest high is merely like a skatepark.

Brian Scott

Papa Nam, full speed ahead on a super glassy looking left. Get in that thing Papi!!!!

Brian Scott

Well, it wasn’t all once of a lifetime barrels out there like earlier this week, but as always, there’s waves to be had!

Brian Scott

We have a new swell supposed to be coming in tomorrow, so stay tuned, could turn right back on. Like my friend Cataline here, we simply say, PEACE OUT ~
