Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, May 26, 2016

Hello everybody! Welcome to the NSR report with Parker! Guess what??? There is some new energy in the water so check out the shots!

For the past few days, the waves have been super mellow. Now, there is a small SW pulse. The size is similiar but the period is slightly longer so the waves have a little more power to them.

Kevin Cortez was on it early. After displaying his rail game, he quickly stalled and pulled in. Yeah buddy!!!

The beachie supplied peaks for everybody. The south, middle, and northern peak were all working so everybody had their own spot.

After an early morning surf, I shot today's photos. At high tide, it was fatter but then it opened up as the tide dropped. If you want to maximize your water time, take out a wavestorm at higher tides and then grab your shortboard as it gets more hollow.

The entire Shapeshifter crew was heading out. Jamie, Lesther, Oscar, and Kevin wanted their fair share before breakfast. Check out the innovative surf products from Shapeshifter!

Or watch Kevin Cortez's next sequence of his product R&D. He's trying new progressive tricks every week!

Bro, now that you're consistently launching out of the water, you need to put more of your sponsor's stickers on the bottom of your board!!

$10 says by the time you arrive in two months, Kevin will be sticking these airs!

Meanwhile, others are sticking to tride and true rail game. All eyes on this guy as he blasts through the section.

When life gives you almondy high tide tubes, take the high route... Pop a floater! Next week will bring plenty of swells and barrels to make up for this past week.

Ok damas and caballeros, thank you for checking out today's report! The weekend should have fun surf then a decent swell next week so stay tuned. Have a good weekend! Adios amigos!!
