Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, May 04, 2020

Brian Scott

Welcome to another week from the land of beauty amigos! We’re here, just patiently awaiting out our next swell to arrive. Always fascinated and appreciative with the life we get to live here. Jump on in if you’d like to see how it went today!

Brian Scott

Seriously though the last few days have been pretty much down days for us here with the swell. Super small and barely enticing anyone to even make the paddle out.

Brian Scott

Luckily for me (and for you) I’ve had a few frothing amigos who love to surf NO MATTER WHAT!

Brian Scott

Because it there’s something surf-able, there’s a 99.9% chance of catching someone who’s out there!

Brian Scott

But it’s always going to be a timing thing and today I timed it right to see my friend Hernan out there when the waves were the best today.

Brian Scott

There were definitely some fun little corners to be had out there.

Brian Scott

Sand bar tide pools at sunset time…. of course!!!

Brian Scott

You have the entire lineup of surfers here in one photo. Yup. Seriously. Not joking. Only 3 people out.

Brian Scott

It was pretty cool to see one of them rocking, or floating by on a hydrofoil. Today was the perfect day to venture out there on this magic carpet ride. Very little people to navigate around. Not too big but long enough waves to have a really good time. I think it’s safe to say it was another good day for surfing here in Nica-Land!

Brian Scott

If getting wet or paddling out is your thing to do on a daily… this place will give you just that. Just ask Cesar.

Brian Scott

3 guys out trading waves until the sun goes down. Cesar, here hooting on Hernan on another fun right!

Brian Scott

I’ve never tried “foiling” but man does this shot make it look super fun!!!

Brian Scott

Almost that time for some big swinging tides again!

Brian Scott

Cesar on one of the best turns in the afternoon. We’re already talking like giddy little school kids about what our game plan will be for this coming weekend.. for the next really good swell! Keeping fingers crossed!

Brian Scott

Well how about that… another one of a kind sunset photos. Just like a finger print… no two are ever the same, but they’re all amazingly beautiful all in their own way! As always thank you for taking time to stop by and check out what we have to offer for your visual pleasure from Nicaragua. See you all again tomorrow. Dale pues ~
