Nicaragua Surf Report for Wednesday, April 21, 2010

Hi and welcome to our daily surf report with your favorite reporter from down here in Nicaragua.  Today I headed out to the beach with “El Tuzo” Morales expecting to score some fun ones.  The waves were small, running about waist to chest high on sets with nice offshore winds.  Check out the lineup!

As I said before the waves were small but super fun and nice form.  To start the day we have this guy from Costa Rica bottom turning a nice looking right hander.  He was super stoked because the wind stayed offshore all day long and you know he is not used to it.

The lineup was not busy at all and the waves were small, so it was a good opportunity for me to jump out in the water with the housing.  Here is caught Larry “Carita de Venado” Davila throwing a nice backside move.

Since the waves were small, it was a good day to take the big boards out.  “El Corage” Herandez took advantage in the lineup and was scoring ton of fun waves.  Here he is going big with a cool hang five!

“El Tuzo” Morales definitively wanted to get posted today and he was doing all kinds of maneuvers to be on.  Sometimes he can get very funny, don’t you think so?

On the last shot of the day we have “La Bestia” Calderon with a cool frontside slash.  We are hoping to feel the new swell tomorrow so it might be super fun.  Please stay tuned with us!
