Hey everybody, before we get to the surf report today we want to share what we think may be the best surf-property investment opportunity we have come across in a long time. Welcome to the surf report for today, It's over head on sets out here, the water is cold and the wind is offshore. We are still waiting for the big swell, It's fun but not consistent.

This is Carlos Caliente with a nice spray. This is a nice perpestive to take some shots, It's a pity because is raining a little bit and the waves are not that we were waiting for.
