Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, April 02, 2009

Hi and thanks for joining us for the Thursday surf report.  We’ve got Come Panic here bringing you all the action from the most popular beach to learn how to surf.  The waves were super fun, running about chest to head high on sets with light offshore winds in the morning.  Check it out!!!

Today the NSR Surf School had another amazing surfing day with the Alvarez Family and their friends.  They were so happy with the first lesson they had with us, so they decided to do another lesson today.  Here we have the postcard shot of the day as a good souvenir.

This is Emilio Alvarez going big on this killer left. He is only 7 years old and was surfing like a professional surfer out there in the lineup. Have the best surf lessons with the NSR Family and we guaranty you that you are going to catch some waves, no matter ages!!!

There were a few local kids in the water trying to get some surf.  This is Marito “El Moleculas” taking off on a nice left.  It is so nice to see more kids in the water, giving it a try.

This is Catalina “La Mopita” looking down the line on this sweet right.  She is not surfing very often now but when she has a change she is always out with her boyfriend.

“El Mope” Miranda was catching plenty of fun waves with his chick this morning.  Check him with a cool shot on this left.  He’s been out of the surf action for a while because he is working hard at his shop, but he is still in good shape.

On the last shot of the day we have Codo’s little brother feeding himself.  The swell is supposed to build a little bit tomorrow but we are imaging that the winds are going to turn onshore at noon.  So be sure to make it out to the beach as early as you can.  Don’t drink many tonas folks!!!
