Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, March 31, 2009

Welcome everyone, another Monday surf report with NSR.  Today we had Roberto “Lucha Libre” Garcias bringing you all the surf action from the beach.  The waves were smaller, but there still were some waves coming through, running about chest to shoulder high on sets, the wind was offshore and the water was really nice.  Check it out.

This morning we headed out the beach to take advantage of the early high tide and we took some locals with us for a good morning session.  On the first shot of the day we have Luis “La Baloy” Chamorro with awesome vertical maneuver on this wave.  “La Baloy” is working very hard to get in shape for the next Central America surf contest in El Salvador.  That was sick buddy!!!

Today was a beautiful morning to do some exercise.   Here we have one of the local girl’s taking a walk and catching some rays on the beach.  This is Yaosca “Yao” totally relaxing on the beach listing to her favorite music.

For the next surf shot of the day we caught a shot of Lester “EL Coyotito” Solis who has been out of the surf action for a few months.  Here he is coming back with this nice floater on this great wave.  We are so happy to see you in the water Buddy today!!!

Check out our good friend Edwin “El Tuzo Morales tying to rip up the lip with so much power on this wave.  Here he is showing off with a nice slash.  Good job VieJo!!! (Buddy)

The girls were out doing their own thing in the water as well.  This is Sarah “Te Sarandiaran” driving down the line on one the best set waves of the day.  Hey Tuzo, check out your lady picking off some good ones today.

Today this guy didn’t have such a good day of surfing.  He was trying to catch a wave but unfortunately his surfboard hit him in the head.  As you can see in this shot it is very important to be careful.  “Hey buddy we hope you feel better after the stitches”.

This is Norwin “El Chuling” Estrella making a nice front side move on this close out wave.  This the last shot of the day and we hope you liked our surf report today.  The waves should be fun again tomorrow.  Make sure to check back with us.  “Peace Out”
