Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, March 24, 2009

What’s up, everyone and thanks you for joining us for the Tuesday surf report. Today we’ve got Roberto “Lucha Libre” bringing you all the news of the new swell and it was PUMPING!   The long interval swell was just peeling down the beach and made for some long rides.  Once again, the wind was offshore and the water warmed up a little bit. Check out what we got for you today.

Yeah! Guys, we had a really good day in the water.  We scored a ton of waves and there was some great surfing going on.  For the first surf shot of the day we have “El Jefe” Pancho Sanchez with a sick bottom turn looking like he is about to rip the top off of this little nugget.

Our very own Carlos Caliente was out there getting his fare share of sweet set waves. Here we have a shot of him setting up for a nice barrel. Everyone in the NSR crew is ready for this upcoming surf season. We hope that you can join us here in Nicaragua and score some waves like this!

Here is Kristen Wilson tearing up this left. It is nice to see the girls getting some good waves and holding their own out here with the big boys. Way to go!!

This is one of the many killer shots that we scored of JJ Yemma, who is without a doubt one of the best surfers you will see if you are here traveling in Nicaragua.

There were a few traveling surfers that were fortunate enough to catch this nice little swell with us today. Here is one of the young FL rippers throwing a ton of water on this off the top.  (Sorry dude, forgot your name...)

We liked this shot because it is showing the killer style that this unknown pale rider has. “Hey buddy, it looks like you were having a blast out there today”.

We are leaving you with a cool shot of this empty pit. Maybe you will go to sleep dreaming about your future plans to come visit with us here at NSR. The waves are going to be fun again tomorrow so be sure to check us out. Until then, “Peace out”
