Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, March 14, 2014

Lets go get shacked, that was the move of the day.  Yes friends, the waves were super fun, running in the head high range on the bigger sets, winds were kinda strong but still offshore and the water was great.  Check it out!!!

Lefts and rights were breaking good as you can see.  Lots of waves were closing out but if you were patient and sat in the right spot, this is what you got!

We are going to start the action with Benjamin El Pinguinito styling off on his frontside tube ride.  Yeahhhhhh boy!

Solid sets were breaking in right out front of the river mouth.  Erick from Ventura grabbing a sicky one!

Lets get a little closer now.  Here is caught Steve on his way out of one of the many little barrels he had.

Simon El rey de la Yuca en Salsa, took his Yuca out and put it in the greem room.  Just enjoying the view of the pipeline!

On days like today, it makes it so easy to take photos of.  A little bit of old school boysssss!

I want to give a specail shout out to Tom, who got married a couple months ago and now he's making his first surf trip with his wife.  Welcome down amigo.

Some decent sized sets were rolling in but we were expecting for something bigger.  But we are not complaining at all.  El Tocayo dropping into a nice one!

The waves down the beach were super fun as well.  This is the real Panga shot!!!

I would say everybody got shacked today.  Would like to be next?  come on down and stay with us!

That's all from here amigos.  El Codo Lopez will be on here with a quick update for the first day of the contest from Playa Hermosa, San Juan del Sur later.  Peace!

Just ready to go down south for the contest.  NSR always happy to support the kids around Hacienda Iguana!

Fun waves in the first day of the contest at Playa Hermosa.  Check out the scene!

El Pipe Chompipe was ripping hard and he's really a good contender for the tittle.  Dale chabalo!

We are hoping to see some good action tomorrow, so stay tuned with us!
