Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, March 08, 2011

Hi and welcome to our daily surf report.  We are the NSR Family bringing you some of the action we had at the beach this morning.  The waves were kind of fun, running about waist to shoulder high on sets with nice offshore winds and the water was chilly.  Check it out!!!

On the first shot of the day we have this beautiful girl walking to the water.  She is very excited to catch some waves, here she is just seconds away from fun.

The lineup was a little busy today.  We had about 15 or 17 surfers including a few local guys.  Here we have Armando “El Codo” Lopez, he was taking a lot of waves today.  Check him out trying to get some shade on this nice sized wave.

A bunch of locals were doing the best to have fun.  Here we have our friend Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro with a cool frontside air on this little nugget.  Good job Gaviota!

Today we had a few local gringos taking some fun waves.  This is David “El Mechudo” getting his brains way shacked!!!

Yes, you have to clain a waimea barrel at Playa maderas.  It is always nice to think about getting a huge barrel, uh!

The locals were commanding the lineup this morning.  Guillermo “El Coyotito” Solis was flying all over the place.  Check him out looking good flying on top of this little wave.

As we said before the waves were fun today, and we had very good conditions for any type’s boards.  This is Mike riding on his fish board on this small left hander.

On the last shot of the day we have this beautiful right hander that we had at Machete pt, one of the better waves of the day with no takers.  Alright folks that’s all for today.  Please check back with us tomorrow.
