Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, March 07, 2011

Today we went to check out one of our favorite spots down south, hoping to score some sweet waves and we did.  The waves were running about chest to head high on sets, with nice offshore winds and the water was cold.  Check out the lineup!!!

D-lite's fevorite spot was pretty fun.  It wasn't that big but there were some nice and perfect waves rolling in.  This is Augusto "La Gaviota" Chamorro working on his backside tube ride on this peeler.

There were only three guys out in the lineup the whole afternoon.  This is Marcus from Cal with a late take off on this peak.  He hasn't been surfing for so long but today he was charging.

La Baloy Chamorro took a ride with us to the beach and was ripping all over the place, as always.  Here he is busting a sick frontside air right in front of the camera.

La Baloy also found himself into a couple of sweet barrels a few times.  Check him out grabbing the rail to get more stability and pull this out.  Are you checking the report D-litecito?

There were a couple of sweet peaks to share here and there.  As we said before, it wasn't big but it was super fun and no many people.  Not a better place to be today, uh!

The jellyfished showed out but they were all dead.  I would say they got frozen for the cold water.

Did I mention that we have a beautiful nature?  Check out this Iguana, and think about how cool it is!!!

La Gaviota Chamorro was also shredding up.  Here he is caught with a nice snap on this left.  These guys loved to have the whole spot to themself all afternoon long.

Alright folks, that's all for today.  Make sure to check us back out tomorrow.
