Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, March 05, 2011

The waves were pretty small this afternoon, but there were still many fun ones to ride.  It was running about knee to wait high on sets, with quite strong offshore winds and the water was a bit chilly.  Check out the lineup!

The lineup was not busy at all but there was lots of people enjoying the beautiful and sunny day we have.  It was also a good day to meet new people and play a little bit of soccer.

The waves were perfect to take the big boards out and that was exactly what our buddy Corage did.  Here he is killing this wave with a sweet floater.

Gio made it out on his shortboard and was able to ride a few small but fun waves.  Check him out doing the best to enjoy this ride all the way in.

The wind was a little strong as you can see on this shot.  El Memito Solis picked up some of the cleaner lefts and here he is pumping on this one.

The wavesky revolution is on in Nicaragua.  Hey big duke, is this a cousin of you or what?  Because he was charging on that thing!

Did we say that we had a lot of action on the beach?  So we had lots of beautiful chicks hanging around.  Party is on!!!

On the last shot of the day we have Felipe El Pipe Chompipe working on his backside maneuvers.  The waves are supposed to pick up a little bit tomorrow and Monday and then get smaller again, but we are hoping to get a sick swell next weekend.
