Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, February 27, 2010

Hi everyone, this is Lucha Libre bringing you the action for the Saturday surf report.  Today we went to the beach hoping to score some fun waves and we did.  It was running about chest to head high on sets with nice offshore winds but the water was a little bit chilly.  Check it out!!!

First at all we want to say hi to all the guys that arrived today to town.  More than 100 bikers were riding on Harley Davisons and they are going to have a huge party in town tonight.

The lineup was not busy at all, so there were many good waves to be had.  Here we have this unknown rider drifting this nice looking right all the way in to the beach.

Today I got hired by David from Salt Lake City.  He has been out of the action for most than a year and today he decided to give it a try.  Here he is just seconds away from fun.

We had a couple of chicks charging out there in the lineup.  Check out Melissa riding one of the cleaner set waves of the day.  She was so happy because she picked up some real nice ones.

Quite a few local surfers were able to paddle out and they were shredding up as always.  This is Larry “Carita de Venado” Davila with a huge backside floater on this right.

We mostly had only rights coming through today, it might be for the swell direction.  This is Peter “El Chapulin” taking off on a nice one.

This is El Mope Miranda with a cool white and black snap.  He was destroying every single wave he caught.  It was nice to see out again my friend!

On the last shot of the day we have Jeremy styling on the best wave of the day.  The waves should be fun tomorrow as well so make sure to stay tuned with us.
