Nicaragua Surf Report for Tuesday, February 23, 2010

What’s up folks?  We are the NSR family bringing you one more time a little bit of the action for this Tuesday surf report.  Today we went to the beach in the afternoon with the NSR team trying to score some waves.  The waves were running about waist to chest high on sets with onshore winds.  Check out the lineup!!!

On the first surfing shot of the day we have Terrance “Super Cana” with a cool bottom turn.  He was trying to get some of the nicer waves we had rolling in.  He felt like he was surfing back in Fl today.

The waves were small but kind of fun and there were some nice ones for longboards.  Here we have one of the many international surfers that we had out riding on this sweet little nugget.

A few other guys decided to go out for surf lessons.  Check out these two guys going out to the water, just seconds away to have fun and catch some waves.

Here we have our very own “Pancho Sanchez” riding this little wave on his belly.  He was so tired after paddling from San Juan del Sur Bay to Playa Maderas because the winds were very strong onshore.  Next time you can take a motor for you Panga my friend!

On the last shot of the day we have this guy trying to eat this sweet coconut because the day was very hot.  Alright folks that’s all for today.  The wind is supposed to be onshore tomorrow as well so we’ll try to hit the beach very early to take advantage on the conditions.  Please check back with us!
