Nicaragua Surf Report for Monday, February 22, 2010

Hi folks, today Lucha Libre drove a little up north to take a couple shots.  The waves were fun, running about chest to shoulder high on sets with nice offshore winds.  The good news were, the crowd was very light and the water was warmer than down south.  Check it out!!!

We had a few international surfers taking advantage in the lineup, since the lineup was pretty empty.  Here is David from New Jersey riding a nice looking right.

Here we have another international surfer, this one is going left.   All these guys were having a blast out there, taking all the waves they wanted.  What else can you ask for my friend?

One last international surfer, with a cool backside maneuver.  They all were doing the best to look good because they knew that they were going to make it on.  It was very nice to meeting you guys, enjoy your stay!!!

Let’s take it to the locals now, they always put their own show at their home break.  This is Mario “El Danino” Martinez with a cool aerial maneuver.

There were some pretty clean lefts rolling in.  This is Denis “El Flaco” Patuleco picking up one of the better sets we had.  He was practicing all kinds of maneuvers because he wants to become a better surfer.

Darwin “El Cabucho” Jacamo was doing his thing as well.  Check him out with a sweet move on this right hander.  They said that the water was very cold yesterday and today they were happy because they were able to paddle out on skin.

Did I say skin?  Here is Rosa showing us her nice tan.  She was all smiles as always.  The waves are supposed to be about the same tomorrow so make sure to check us back out.
