Brian Scott

Hola and Not only Happy Sunday, but Happy day of LOVE! We all know why you much appreciated dedicatedly surf report fans come here each and every day and that’s because you LOVE…. you love surfing, you love the surfing life, and anything related to the ocean that revolves around surfing,…. SO that’s why I’m dedicating todays report to all of you surf fans who we love and you love this report day after day after day, so before I start getting all too mushy let’s get started!

Brian Scott

It’s nice seeing Carlos back in the water. He’s a new papa and I can imagine he had the best morning ever (and I’m not just referring to this super fun mega session), but waking up and spending time with his two favorite amor’s!

Brian Scott

I bet you love seeing this, don’t you?

Brian Scott

I actually got down there a little late… late for me was maybe right around 8 o’ Clock. Kenny however has more than likely already been out there since first light or close to it.

Brian Scott

So I’m not sure what his complete wave count was for today, but it had to be A LOT!

Brian Scott

Not sure who this mystery pelon ripper is, but he was killing it out there today!

Brian Scott

Jenna always proving herself out there amongst the boys!

Brian Scott

Today’s waves were part skatepark and part big takeoff drops with nice long walls for carving and doing all kinds of moves out there.

Brian Scott

And literally every level of surfer from newbie to Pro was out there!

Brian Scott

This guy was obviously ranked way up there in that Pro level.

Brian Scott

Lots and lots of whitewater moving around out there today….. AND I hear there’s more swell on the way too, YEY!

Brian Scott

A lot of that whitewater was being controlled by some of the longtime local watermen. Carlos pushing way more than his weight around out there this morning!

Brian Scott

I think Netflix people must have come here to surf before….because that’s how they came up with the name for their Netflix Original Series -called “Peaky Blinders” because that’s what these waves are pretty much all year around, especially when we have gnarly offshore wind days! Jajajaja

Brian Scott

Shoots, while I’m at it, this looks like a scene straight from the new series Cobra Kai! hahaha Wax on Wax off!!!!!

Brian Scott

Ohhhh poor old Colorados was even trying to dish up some little heart shaped love tubes, but nobody noticed and everyone wanted the goods at the reef today!

Brian Scott

But can you blame them?????????

Brian Scott

Chris taking a nice line on this long left before he has to go and think of something really lovey dovey for his sweet Jenna later today!

Brian Scott

TZ making the same run opposite his homey Chris on the flip side of this giant peak of a left and right. He took this thing almost all the way to the sand. I’ll post more on the social media tubes later you can see it there!

Brian Scott

Student - “But teacher, it looks kinda bigger today than the other days you took us out”? Teacher - “Ok, so you see that guy right there about to get lippered…..? When the wave breaks here, don’t be there…! And you’ll be Alright!!!!” LOL

Brian Scott

Looks like the kids were really good listeners and on the serious side, none of our experienced surf teaches here would ever put any beginners or newbies in harms way. Surfing is always all about FUN!

Brian Scott

Even with the tide dropping quickly and it not even hitting 10am, there were still some really fun waves to be had before that dreaded low tide flat spell. See ya’ll out there in the PM for the return of the high tide and hopefully just as fun waves as this morning! Cheerios ~
