Nicaragua Surf Report for Saturday, February 09, 2008

Today we woked up and headed out to the beach early in the morning to catch some small but uncrowded waves. It's knee to waist high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is cold. It looks like we are not going to have swell for a couple weeks, so we have to figure out what to do meanwhile, check it out.

The locals are always able to paddle out, not matters about size waves. Here is "La Gaviota" Chamorro cutting back on a small right.

Norwin "El Chulin" Estrella made it out and was practicing some aerials maneuver for the upcoming contest at Maderas on March.

This is Pedro "El Borreguito" from France, this little kid has been sharing some session with the local this week. Here he is going left.

This is "La Bestia" Calderon with the last shot of the day with a cool floater. Lucha out!!!
