Hello surfers of the world! This is Baldo with the surf report from Santana beach. After a weekend with fun waves and a not-so-fun Super Bowl, it's time to start a new week.

Little by little Santana is coming back again, once in a while you can see some good-looking A-frames breaking specially at second peak (in the middle of the beach).

The lefts were long and steep, and the few surfers out there were all about them.

It was all about getting speed at the first part and then hit the break with a nice cutback.

Candido Quedo was throwing some serious sprays today, he is becoming a powerful surfer... can't wait to see him surfing when the real season starts in a couple of months.

The forecast says that it will be similar conditions for the rest of the week but on the weekend it will be a different story. Be patient, something good is around the corner, stay tune!
