Nicaragua Surf Report for Friday, February 04, 2011

What’s up folks?  We are the NSR family bringing you all the action for this Friday surf report.  Today we went to the beach at noon trying to score some fun waves.  The waves were super fun, running about over head high on sets with nice strong offshore winds and the water was colder.  Check out the lineup!!!

Bunch of locals made it out and they were doing their thing.  This is Yamil “El coki” Brox with a cool vertical floater, on this little nugget.

This afternoon we had a few locals gringo in the water trying to get some good waves.  Here we have Juanito “El Mechudito” from Mango Rosa dropping in on this nice sized right hander that we had at Machete.

Even with the strong winds we had, there were still a couple of cute girl on the beach.  This one wasn’t worried about to get her bathing suit blown and had a good time.

A few longboarders paddled out and got some sick ones.  Here we have our friend Alfredo “ El Manito” Peruano riding on this peeler right hander.

What about Gerardo “La Polita” Herrera getting some speed to attack the upcoming closed out session.

Since the waves were fun, a few guys took their shortboards out and scored some nice ones.  Check out this dude picking up a windy but nice looking right.

The lineup was not busy at all, so we have many fun waves rolling in at Machete with no taker.  Check out this peeler coming in by itself.

As we said before the waves were super fun, and all peoplethat  was out there had a good time.  Here we have one of the many locals that we had in the lineup picking a nice right hander.

On the last surfing shot of the day we have this guy riding on this small but fun wave.  Alright folks that’s all for today, the waves should be fun tomorrow, so make sure to check us back out!
