Nicaragua Surf Report for Thursday, February 04, 2010

What’s going folks?  We are the NSR family with the Thursday surf report from the beach.  This morning the waves were fun, running about knee to waist high with some occasional chest high waves on sets.  The wind died down a little bit compare from yesterday and the water was a little bit chilly.  Check it out!!!

We had a couple ladies in the lineup this morning, catching some of the better waves we had rolling in.  This is Dunia trying to get some speed on this nice looking right.

Did we mention that the water was chilly?  Check out Marte dropping in on this nice little peak, showing us her surfing skills on the full wetsuit.

A few guys decided to take their pets out to the beach.  They probably saw Super Canita before in the water and now they are trying to get their boys to get wet as well.  How about this guy trying to teach his dog how to wax a surfboard.

The waves were not that big but there were still some dudes getting some sweet wipe outs.  Close your mouth very well my friend, because we don’t want you to have sand as breakfast.

On the last surfing shot of the day we have this unknown rider high lining this nice little peeler.  As you can see the waves were a little small but there is always something to ride down here in Nicaragua.

The water is pretty clear right now, so all the divers in town are getting ready to jump out in the water and catch some seafood.  The waves are supposed to pick up a little bit for the next few days so make sure to stay tuned with us!
